The meaning isn't one I'd want to bear, and for some reason, Chrysalis also sounds like an artificial sweetener to me. How about Chrysanthe? It's meaning ("golden flower") is much lovelier than "the pupal stage of butterflies). I'd use Chrys or simply Chris as a nickname (both pronounced the same way). Lisa would be a stretch for Chrysalis, but it might work.
