I'm not sure. Theresa is more recognizable but maybe Teresa is prettier? If using it, probably Theresa.
It's interesting that people are saying Teresa is te-ree-sa and Theresa is te-ray-za. I like both, but the only pronunciation I've ever been familiar with is te-ree-za.
