Re: BAs from my due date group (long)
I’m kind of surprised in that these aren’t bad overall. There are quite a lot of names I like. There are also quite a lot I don’t care for personally, but don’t find anything inherently wrong with. Some of the combinations don’t work for me for various reasons. I’ll just comment here and there where something I really like, or something I don’t, stands out to me. But first, congratulations on your new little bundle of joy; I think her name is lovely. :)Here goes...Ambrose "Rosie" - nope, nope, and never other than nope
Arlo Atlee - Sigh, I just can’t
Avery Kate - much prefer Avery on a boy
Brynn Beryl - feels abrupt, choppy
Charlotte Marjorie - don’t care for the “Char” / “Mar” rhyme
Ellisanne Sutton - none of this appeals to me, personally, but I can’t really argue that, as a combo, it doesn’t work, save the repeated “n” endings
Evelyn Audrey - aww, like the feel of these together
Everleigh Jolene - don’t mind Everly, but my eyes don’t like this spelling; ears don’t like the combo
Lyanna Diane - is fn pronunciation meant to be “ahna” rather than “Anna”? A Gilda Radner character comes to mind.
MarleyRae Lee - for me, neither visual, feel, or flow work here
Meredith Gertrude - gutsy choice! Wouldn’t pair these myself, but ok.
Moira Irene - love both but flow is off; would prefer Moira Dove to convey “peace”
Parker Jay - don’t mind Parker on a boy
Parker Rose - ditto, even Rose can’t make it feel feminine
Ramona Elliot - Elliot keeps being used on girls yet still feels completely, entirely, and in all other ways masculine
Reighlynn Kacey - sigh
Tienne Yvonne - sounds/flow put me off these together
Cary - aww, under-appreciated
Dash Austin - don’t mind either of these but don’t care for them together
Hamish Drew - handsome
Huxley - really don’t care for this
Jace Monty - for me, these feel out of place together
Oliver Real Daniel - flow is off for me, don’t mind first middle if a family name, but don’t think it works here in a “virtue” capacity
River Clifford - bit rhyme-y
River Theo - not a huge fan of River, but this combo has a nice feel
Sydney Lee
Taisei Evan - as an English-speaker, no obvious pronunciation jumps out at me
Timothy Phillip - aww
Vernon Ronny - too much “r” and “n” for me, but I like Vernon
Fletcher / Quinn (m/m) - Fletcher gets some love!
Penelope / Nolan (f/m) - like the feel of these together
