Susannah Audrey "Annie" & Elizabeth Wilson "Willa" are ok. Use them :)
I personally prefer Susanna over Susannah. I love the nickname Suzette.
I like Audrey and I prefer Willa as full name.
Annie, Ruth and Caroline are boring in my opinion.
I've not a particular opinion on Wilson. But the -son part is strongly tied with a male so I personally would not use it. I prefer Willa on a girl and Will on a boy.
