I like both Frederick and Alfred. They are both traditional English boy names, but I have different associations with them.
Frederick seems more extroverted and makes me think of leaders like Frederick the Great and fun loving rogues like Fred Weasley.
Alfred is more introspective and a wise counselor like Batman's right-hand Alfred Pennyworth.
I am not as fond of Cecil. It sounds like the product of a British boarding school that becomes a lifelong politician. Something contrasting would probably compliment it best.
