Ursula sounds unpleasant to me, and I still associate it with the sea-witch. In my mind, Ursula pretty much conjures up the definition of hag:
1: an ugly, slatternly, or evil-looking old woman
2 archaic (a : a female demon (b : an evil or frightening spirit : Hobgoblin
3 : Witch
To be fair though, I tend to find the sound of most 'U' names off-puttingly guttural. It could be my accent. I do like Uriah for boys, and I like Unathi and Ume for girls, but that is about it.
