Joanna (I like it when the J is pronounced like a Y, as in some non-English speaking countries. But I guess I would rather go with Ioanna, Ioana, Yoanna, Yoana or something to avoid confusion. But if it wouldn't be so confusing I'd prefer the Joanna spelling.
