I think Vera Elizabeth and Vera Margot are the nicest. They fit together well and have an elegant feel.
Vera Annabeth is nice too, but the a - a is just a little more awkward than those two. Similar for Vera Audrey.
Vera Imogene has a nicer flow, but I think the first two have a nicer sound. Vera Marguerite doesn't really have any problems but I just like the flow of the first two better.
Vera Lee sounds like it's just 'verily'
Vera Sloane is my least favorite.
