I like it more as no-el than when it's said 'knoll', which is how I usually hear it for guys, but either is alright.

I like it, and I did consider using it for a while. It's been in Sweden's top 100 since 2002, so it's a popular name here. I mainly took it off the list since it starts with No, just like my surname. Noah got cut off from the list for the same reason.

I like it. It is unusual enough but not bizarre.

I like it, and it's probably the only unisex name that I enjoy for both. (I dislike Noelle for a girl in English.)
