It's definitely not popular in the U.S., nor do I think it will be anytime soon. It is, however, similar in sound to the incredibly overdone Emma and Emily, so that could be a concern. I adore the name, but some people think it's awkward to say, reminds them of the word "imagine" and it's very British to some (probably part of why I like it so much :b). But none of that really bothers me, I just really like the name Imogen.
