I like Bree or Brina.

Sabrina is the only name that has Bri / Bree as a natural nickname IMO. Bri / Bree is annoying when it seems artificial, but not when it's for Sabrina.

I probably wouldn't use a NN, because I don't like any of the obvious ones.
