Archie Bunker ruins it for me far more than Archie Andrews.

I loved the first season of Riverdale (that funeral scene, man), but then I got to the first episode of season 2 and it was like the magic was gone, haven't watched it since. I think season 1 wrapped up the story so nicely, it's like what's the point anymore?

I hate the NN Archie. Like Millie said it makes me think of bratty little punks, and just the sound of it is unpleasant. But surprisingly Archibald has grown on me.

I haven’t watched Riverdale, so I can’t comment on that. But I do love Archie. It’s such a fun, playful sounding name. I imagine a little boy running around outside, coming home covered in mud with scuffed knees, and a huge smile. If I didn’t care about popularity, I would gladly use it.

Archie is popular in Britain so I was kind of over it because when I was training to be a teacher over there it felt like I met many little Archies in schools and nurseries. And, to be brutally honest, they were almost always naughty little sh*ts.

I've never watched Riverdale.

I don't love it, but I don't hate Archie either. Archie Bunker is the first thing that comes to mind not Archie comics or Riverdale.

Never saw Riverdale, nor do I have the slightest interest in seeing it.

All I can think of is Archie Bunker, not Riverdale or the Archie comics, even though those are probably much better known then Archie Bunker is now. Was never a big fan of the name and thinking about it, I don't think I like it now at all. Not a fan of Riverdale.

Archie reminds me of the Secret Garden. I LOVE the Secret Garden, the book and musical. I don't like the name much.

I think Archie is cute.
