Hmmm... I think I'd choose Lily over Isabella, but I'd absolutely choose Isabel or Isabelle over Lily. Isabella is just too much of a trend name for me; Lily is too, but it's less likely to be a future Jennifer than Isabella is.
I'd use Belle as a nickname. I'd avoid Bella at all costs.
