I like Holly. It's a cheerful, friendly name with a little bite to it, possibly because of the spikiness of holly, and while it does have festive Christmas associations if wanted, they're not too in your face.
Noelle is too in-your-face as a Christmas name for me. It's not bad, but I don't enjoy that it sounds like 'no L' in English. And Natalia is too long and ornate for me - prefer Talia.
Nicholas is my favourite Christmas name. I had a great-something-aunt who was actually named Christmas, as she was born on that day; not something I'd ever use but fun to find in your family tree!
