Being a twin I often dislike matched names especially if they use same letters or looks too similar.
But your ideal sibset is so beautiful! Reina Flora (with an e is the right spelling) and Regina Fauna are so out-there, poetic and soft that they are lovely! It's like you come across fairies! It's so sweet and tender that parents would choose them!
What about Reina Flora & Queenie Fauna? To stay with the same theme but not so similar names.
