I like all of them, in this order (with comments):
1. August - It's not too common, but not weird, and has some spunk. I'd pair it with something more traditional to balance it, like August William / August Michael / August Benjamin
2. Oliver - Cute, but becoming so popular. I'd pair it with a short and sweet mn: Oliver James / Oliver Scott / Oliver Beau
3. Noel - I like it pronounced your way, like the word... but despise the "NOLE" pronunciation. Not sure how often people would have to be corrected (or, to be honest, if that really matters!). I'd pair it with a more masculine name: Noel Thomas / Noel Jonathan / Noel Gavin

Noel is only pronounced one way where I live, so it wouldn't be a problem. I like August William, August Benjamin, Oliver James and Noel Thomas.
