I love it, one of my favourite Hebrew names, but alas here in the UK, it's the name of an insurance company, which basically makes it unusable here. Damn it!

It’s a nice name, and there’s a really cool character named Aviva on the kids’ show Wild Kratts, so a kid (or her peers) born in this generation won’t think it’s different at all. The Aviva on Wild Kratts is a beautiful, sweet biomechanical engineer.

I once knew an Aviva. She acknowledged that her name was a little odd growing up, but she appreciated it as an adult - and she liked that it was a palindrome! Personally, I thought it was a really cool name to have.
