Ciara - there are so many ways people do pronounce this that I never how how to. My initial reaction is always key-ah-ruh or a quicker blended version like kya-ruh. But if I know they really like Irish names, keer-uh (I live in the United States, and my brain doesn't naturally immediately think of that combo as keer even though I know that's the "original" way to say it, wish it did). After those, my brain thinks oh wait but they might pronounce it see-air-uh/see-ah-ruh (which I dislike).
