If I were hearing Eliana for the first time today and had never seen it as the name of a person, I think I would not find it very distinctive. But, I was programmed early to like Eliana, because of an Eliana I went to school with decades ago. So I think it's really nice. In real life anyway.

Eliana Catherine and Charlotte are better than the M name combos, though those aren't bad.
I'd go with E. Charlotte because I don't like the repeating N.
