Wow, I am very pleasantly surprised to see someone interested in Nikandros - it has been among my favourites for a long time! :) Have you also considered its latinized alternatives (which I personally like even better), namely Nicander and Nicandrus? There is also Nikander and Nikandrus, if you prefer partially latinized forms instead.

I love Demetrius with the nickname Demetri, but I prefer Nicholas with the nickname name Nico/ Niko. Baudouin seems rather awkward for a first name, but it might work as a middle name.
