Bibiana sounds childish, but Viviana is okay. I like Viviana Marceline and Viviana Rosalia.

Viviana is pretty, but Bibiana makes me think of spit bubbles and drooling.

I think Viviana is much nicer than Bibiana. The middles without the "a" ending would sound better in my opinion.

I love Bibiana! It was my great-aunt's name; my dad called her "Aunt Bibi" (pronounced like "Bibby"). I also like Viviana. My favorite combos from your list are Bibiana / Viviana Marceline and Bibiana / Viviana Josephine. I think the names need a less lilting middle name to ground them. For example:Bibiana / Viviana Catherine
Bibiana Clare
Bibiana Edith
Bibiana Emily
Bibiana Esther
Bibiana Frances
Bibiana Hazel
Bibiana Helen
Bibiana Hester
Bibiana Judith
Bibiana Lucy
Bibiana Maud(e)
Bibiana Ruth
Bibiana Sibyl
Bibiana Violet
