I'm not sure what you mean by "western" (because Finland is also a western country). If you mean names that are widely spread in all/most of the Western world, then yes, though this isn't something new. For example, names like Anna, Maria, Sofia and Johannes have been used here for centuries. But if you look the most recent top 50 popular names' list, there are some new internationally used names, for example Isla, Mila, Noel and Luka. Some Finnish parents want their children to have names that are easy to pronounce abroad, so they prefer these kind of names. There are still names like Väinö in the top 10, but you can definitely say that Finns have more international taste nowadays when it comes to names.
