I’m really not a fan of either name, but I prefer Irene out of the two. Irena looks and sounds like Arena to me. I think Irina’s a little nicer.

Irene sounds more traditional, but Irena has more of a romantic feel. Of the two, I slightly prefer Irena.
Irene Isabel, Irena Juliet, and Irena Isabella are my favorites from your list.
I don't care for the Irina spelling.

Definitely Irina rather than hybridised Irena. And not Irene either - dislike eye-reen, and nobody uses the eye-ree-nee version.
