I like it but that's about it. I don't love it and I wouldn't use it now even though it used to be on my list. I love the meaning. I just think it doesn't stick out much. Where I live Noemi is also used quite a bit and I have also seen Noomi and Naemi. It is a traditional name but it feels like a made up name or a creative invention in terms of look and sound and because of all of its variations. So it feels insubstantial even though it has so much history. I would however still love to see it on someone else. It's a lovely name I just feel that all those similar names that are used here made it lose some of its charm.
