All the Elizabeth's I have ever known personally:
Buffy (25) (honestly it was such a shock when two years into our friendship I heard her announce herself as Elizabeth in a bank...)

I think the prettiest option available is Elise, but all the Elise's I know use Elise as a full name. Same for Lisa, which I like. I think I would be a Lizzie.
