What do you think of Meadow for a boy? Do you think it works or does it seem a bit too feminine to you? Also what combos would you make with it, assuming you like it?

When the name Guy occurred to me, I had to add Gal: I couldn't help myself: I began laughing to myself when the initial middle name to follow Meadow happened to be Brook (Brooke).
I thought of the Wonder Woman film star released about a year prior by the name of Gal. I wonder if there is a man with the name Gal or Girlie - as either a formal name or nickname - but not a sarcastic nickname.
Perhaps a similar alternative would be to add a letter 'm' to Adam. I know a guy whose first name is Marcel, but he uses his middle name as his first, but his middle name isn't Adam; it would be interesting if it were.
Most (postal) mail addressed to me (mostly from marketers that would not know me) address me as Ms. I much refer the Misses title, if one insists on using a title, that is. Honestly I prefer for people to call my by my first name / nickname.

As the wide world knows, South Africa has had a very dodgy record of race relations between the white minority, formerly dominant, and the black majority, now able to vote and take charge of their own lives. This demanded and still demands lots of hard thinking on both sides, of course.
One of the ways people cope is by laughing at themselves and each other, and for many years there has been a cartoon strip called Madam and Eve, in which the white home-owner (Madam) is clearly not nearly as beautiful, intelligent or quick-thinking as Eve, her domestic worker. It's hilarious, and helpful; and I like puns!

I'm all about unisex names/using names for either gender, but Meadow strikes me as really feminine for some reason. But if I met a boy named Meadow it would probably grow on me.

I've run across a girl named Meadow and I was surprised that I didn't mind it. I used to think of cow patties, like Anne. But I thought it was nice in real life (and I don't watch TV shows, so no influence from that).
I would have winced (to myself), though, if it'd been a boy. I don't think boy names have to be totally butch, but for me, Meadow is not masculine enough to give to a baby boy. JMHO

I think it's awkward sounding as a name, but I don't see it as particularly feminine.
I'd rather see: Amado, Amedeo, Savanna for a boy, or Meadowlark for either gender.

it's too feminine for a boy, but too cutesy and random to be a good girls' name either. And the only Meadow most people ever heard of is Meadow Soprano, so that's not exactly a point in favor of it's being unisex.

I think it sounds like fabric softener.
I could just about accept it as a middle name (James Meadow) because I'd think it was a family surname. I really don't like it on either gender.

I don't think a stretch of open land,probably with cowpats, is remotely feminine! Nor would I saddle a boy with it.
