Lulu, Loulou or Lola
Lulu/Loulou/Lola Yaara* for a (fictional) twin sister to Anaïs Yasmina/*Yaara means Honeysuckle as I want a highly scented flower middle name for both: open to other suggestions.Lulu/Lola etc to reference Lilith/Lilitu indirectdly. Unless Colette a better match with Anaïs as a "courtesan" name (given Anaïs references Anaïs Nin; there is a vageuly smilar late 19th/early 20th C libertine French author called Colette.)

Colette is a much better fit than all three, and nicknames easily to Lola.

Even more courtesan-like, is Cosette.

Yaara and Yasmina don't seem likely together, to me.
I don't think Lulu sounds like a first name, esp. not a sister to Anaïs.
Lola does not fit IMO, because I think of it being from Dolores, and it seems hodgepodgy when you throw that in.
I think Lilou would work, though.Lilou Yolande & Anaïs YasminaOr Hyacinthe / Jacinthe / Jacinta instead of Yolande?

Loulou looks a bit silly to me, I'd rule it out. Lola is a lot more of a stretch from Lilith than Lulu, though that also seems like a bit of a stretch. But I like Lola paired with Anaïs better so take that as you will?Maybe you'd best just go with Colette.

I'd say Lola because it sounds the most like a real name. Lulu/ Loulou sound like nicknames.

I guess Lulu? I'm not sure where the story's set, but I think it fits in best with Yaara and Yasmina, plus it's closest to Lilitu.Colette + Anaïs seems very literary (Anaïs Nin), so I'd avoid Colette unless that's want you're going for.highly scented flowers...
Daphne?
Gardenia?
Carnation?
Magnolia?
Cassia?
