HelpRe: Opinions of Phoebe? (+ another question)

My impression is the exact opposite. The spelling is cool but the pronunciation seems whiny and “lightweight” to me. Can’t say I really like it that much.
-Febe and Phebe have the same feel to me, just a different cultural background. I’d picture then the same way as I’d picture a Phoebe.
-In the US I’d stick with Phoebe. It’s the most familiar spelling.
