I like it a lot. I wouldn't use it as a first name myself, but I wouldn't mind to see it used in the first name spot, and I'd definitely consider it as a middle name.
It's a fun name, but I think it's better kept in the middle spot or used for a pet :)
I have a friend who is an uncle to a baby Tiberius, who is affectionately called "Tibbers" (I find this cringe-worthy). My friend makes nasty jokes about the name all the time.
It feels like a burdensome name to me; there is a heaviness to it and there's very few options for cute nicknames (the only one I can think of is Ti/Ty). Tibs/Tibby/Tibbers sound downright embarrassing and remind me of cats.

Captain Kirk!
I don't hate it, but it's a lot.

I think it's neat. It's very unique, and has a really nice sound to it. Cool! I like it!
Not a huge fan. The -us ending seems unnecessary in modern English and the meaning is pretty blah.
I hate it! It sounds like a name for a vicious Rottweiler or something. (I hope my reply wasn't too harsh; all the others seem to be friendly opinions...)

I don't mind it. I prefer Tobias
I always makes me think of J.T Yorke from Degrassi (His full name is James Tiberius) who is not necessarily a bad connotation however I don't like having a large fictional connotation to a name because I don't want that to be all I think about when I hear the name.
I do think it's a nice name but I wouldn't use it due to the connotation and I think it's a bit out there for me.

I prefer the Italian version Tiberio. It reminds me of the psycho Roman emperor, more than anything else.
Ooh, you're right, Tiberio is cooler. Thanks. :)
You’re welcome! Tiberio isn’t very common, but not so odd either as to come across as “ weird”.
