I adore the name Greta! Some believe that it sounds harsh or "heavy" as what you mentioned but I just see it as a classic beauty that I would love to hear more often. I personally only met one in my lifetime (A girl a few grades below me) Another association that I have is my main protagonist who I'd given this name to. :D

Rose is a classic beauty as well but not something that I would pair with Greta. Though, the combination isn't bad by any means.
