What’s the origin/meaning of it? Is it invented?

No, it looks off-putting. I guess because of words like liver and saliva.LEE-va would not be my first or second guess. I'd think:
Livia (https://www.behindthename.com/name/livia-2) but minus an I
or Liv (https://www.behindthename.com/name/liv-2) plus A
or with the Li said like the Ly in Lyra (as it is in saliva)And even if LEE-va did seem the intuitive pronunciation to me, I generally think the lee sound in names is grating.
All that said, I don't think it's a bad name. I just would never consider using it myself.

I like Liv and Livia, and it looks nice, but it sounds like lever/leaver in non-rhotic English.

I think where I live it would get mispronounced as liver. I prefer Lena or Leda.

Yes, I like it. I'd pronounce it LEE-va at first glance.
I like the meaning too (as a variant of Liv).It also reminds me of Lieve, which has a different spelling and origin, but is pronounced similarly.

I think I would like it okay. Not a favorite.
The fact that it sounds like the word leave, and (British) lever, and like leave her, turns me off it a little bit. And the look of it like the word saliva.
But I think I'd find it appealing if I met someone named Liva, anyway.
