I have strongly mixed feelings.
My husband has a thing for mythological P-names, I think it would sound great as a sibset with Theodora, and I love the nicknames Penny and Nell.
On the other hand, it sounds like somebody just heard the word "pineapple" for the first time and can't quite figure out the pronunciation, I don't love the cutesy and kind of gross "pee" ending, and it's far too popular for me. At that popularity level I'd REALLY have to love it to use it.
I don't think it will crack the top 10, but I could see it creeping closer and finishing just outside it over the next few years. It's showing up in pop culture a lot.
