Yuck/yawn on the names. Also, I feel sorry for Shayden being the odd one out - his brothers all get L names and his sisters all have flower names. I find that weird. And he gets stuck with the made-up -aden name. Poor kid.

I wish they had gone with Daisy Katherine.

Violet Rose...sounds like a lazy Valentine's Day card.
Daisy Kate and Lily Jane sound like brands of feminine baby clothes.
Logan Mattthew sounds very 90s to me.
I don't mind Lincoln or Alan separately, but I think they're unappealing combined.

Violet Rose makes me think of those attempts to produce a blue rose: all unsuccessful, like this combo.
Daisy Kate - I love Daisy, but Kate isn't as good as Katharine etc.
Logan Matthew - I find Matthew extremely boring, and Logan is just flat.
Lincoln Alan - I love the retro charm of Alan and would have been happier with Alan Lincoln; that way, it would also have meant there were two boys with L names and two without.
Lily Jane - I love Jane. Lily is almost aggressively droopy and helpless and over-sugared.

I like them for the most part. I think Daisy Kate is really cute, as well as Lily Jane. Violet Rose isn’t bad at all. I don’t like Logan but it’s not terrible. Lincoln’s alright.

Let's give Rose and Jane as middles a rest. Kate should not be used by itself, not even as a middle. Alan, whatever. I hate Matthew, so Logan Matthew is a double loser.

Utah names

And Shayden is such a Utah name. I think we started this whole -ayden name trend back in the 80s. It really seems to be more common here than elsewhere, especially with adults.

They did a lot better with names this time. Still super trendy, but at least not made up.

Sigh. So much potential. There's nothing bad about the names, but they do absolutely nothing for me. The middle names are such predictable filler. I like Violet and Lily, but not in the same sibset.

Violet and Daisy are cute. I like Violet more. Lily is OK but played out. The others are NMSAA. I have noticed that lots of BAs out of Utah are extremely Kreativ, so these are a pleasant change from that trend.

Boring, but some of the names are okay. Shayden is also ugly.

Aw, all of these would go right into my "Look at these totally normal names" section on my BAs. Snooze.
