Felicie looks unEnglish and I wouldn't use it where I live.
Felicitas seems more suited to a nun.
I like Felicity enough to use.
Felicia is a cheerful daisy, low-growing and hardy with beautiful blue flowers. Very pleasing; I've only ever met one human Felicia and she was so unpleasant that it's put me right off the name, which is a pity.
