I don't think either of them would be confused with Andrea, but I think Anthea would be confused with Athena.
I like both, and the one I prefer depends on if I'm in the mood for more earthy names or not. The "th" makes them both look earthy, but the "n" is more earthy and the "l" is more... watery, if that makes sense.
Right now I prefer Althea but that will probably change tomorrow.
I'm also liking the old spellings (Antheia & Althaia). Either of those would help if you want to make sure they're not mistaken for another name.
