I love it. I might consider using it as a middle name.

Adore it. Somewhat like Regine better, but I have a thing for the "absent a" version of names. Regina is very solid, feminine, yet bold and full of personality.

It's not one of my favorites.

Pretentious. Queenie seems better, because it's a diminutive and therefore somewhat playful. The only Regina I've ever known was a Dutch woman, so it was pronounced reCHina and she was always known as Gina, also pronounced with that 'Scottish loch' sound - CHIna, not CHIEna or CHEEna.

I really like Regina--it's the name of one of my favorite characters from Once Upon a Time. I would never use it personally but maybe on a character.

It's always seemed too heavy to me. But it's not awful.

I really like queenly Regina, though I prefer it as a sprightly middle name (e.g. Hermione Regina, the subject of one of my recent polls).

As far as I can remember, I always had 2-3 Reginas in my class, especially in high school.
NN's were always Gina for all these classmates.
At the time, this name was pretty common in Germany, nowadays it's considered old-fashioned and not very attractive.
Personally, I don't like that name very much.

I like it, but it will forever be associated with Mean Girls.

Gina is so friendly and chirpy. Regina (perhaps because of the Royal connection) seems snooty.
