Robin/Robyn
What do you think of this name and what spelling do you prefer? What gender do you see it on?
I think Robin is a good, simple, classic name, and I prefer the spelling without the “y.” I think this name works for someone of any gender.

I feel the same way. Robyn is definitely more feminine -- I've known several and they were all women.
Agree with you
I think Robin and especially Robyn is adorable, very bright and cheerful. I don't like it on a boy, it's not the usual thing in the US though I understand it's much more common in the UK. For a boy, Robert is the way to go.
I think I just very slightly prefer Robin, but don't dislike Robyn.

Robin has been in my family as a male name for ages, and I like it enough to use, given enough sons.
I greatly dislike random -y- insertions to make something more 'feminine', so if I were going to use Robin for a girl, that's the spelling I'd insist on. Especially since, where I live, the Afrikaans word for a ruby is 'robyn', which sounds like rue-BAYn but still makes me pause for a split second when I see it on a human.
