Susanna/Susannah all the way. It's one of my favorites, and Susan is very dated to me, and not quite at the cute level (yet) like Betty or Maude. Give it a few years.

Susannah, but I’d choose Susanne over both. All are nice, though nms.

Susannah. Susan is still dated to the 1950s, and Susanna looks unfinished and unEnglish.

I definitely prefer Susan. Underused, substantial classic with a professional, serious sound. Susanna seems like she tries (and fails) to be interesting / not dated.

Susannah unless you're a hipster; Susan feels like a good hipster choice (which isn't a bad thing-- i mean hipster like naming your kid Clementine in 2010).
Though, Susannah so unpopular that it is the true hipster choice. I'm actually really surprised it's so unpopular; it feels so fresh to me. It's Savannah's more down to earth cousin. Maybe the idea of having a Susie is a turn off for some people. I used Susannah for a character name, but she's called Sannah for short.
