Annika and Linnea
The names of four year old twins

They seem like simple, common Swedish names to me. They don’t leave an impression either way, but I think they’re both nice (aside from Linnea’s connection to infamous racist Carl Linnaeus).
I'm not as fond of Annika, but Linnea is gorgeous.
I like them. They sound so Swedish. Not something I'd pick but really cute on someone else's kids.
I really suspect they are Swedish. A lot of people around here use Swedish or Scandinavian names to honor their heritage.

That's a great sibset. I love it.
I really like them together. BTW, I sometimes call my Anna by the nn Annika.
Recently, I came across something online where this woman was talking about the names of her twins (b/g). She discovered that Linnea means 'twinflower' and upon looking up the picture of a twinflower, they are tulip shaped and have a pink color. Her new little flower of a dd had a rosy complexion and since she was a twin, the mother found it very fitting and named her dd Linnea. I believe her brother was named Felix.
I've always liked the name Thomas for a twin and liked the sound of Linnea. I'd never paid attention to the meaning before, but now that I know it means 'twinflower,' I could easily see these two names paired together without being too obvious for twins.

Cute for twins! Both names are very Scandinavian to me and I guess that's the "theme".
I hope Annika is not pronounced with the AH-sound.
Here Annika is dated and Linnea is super popular so they would be very mismatched over here.

I love them both and I think they go well together. They give me the same vibe but are different enough to not be too matchy.
