For some reason I always think of the word erotic when I see Erasmus. This, however, probably isn't everyone's first reaction. I think it could be a good name but I don't see any good nicknames except maybe Remy or Moose.

I'd be brave enough to use it if I loved it although I have my doubts about my husband. I do really like Erasmus.
