My favorite is definitely Minerva nn Minnie. My second favorite is Dominique nn Minnie.
There is also Wilhelmina/ Willemina nn Minnie and even though it is a traditional nn it has always felt like a slight stretch since they are different sounds.
I have been debating about whether or not I like Minnie since some part of me feels like it is a little too cute but overall I think it is usable just not for me since my aunt's cat is named Minnie.
