It was my mother's name, spelled Freda, though. Of course, I like it very much.

A possible compromise would be Friederike or Anni-Frid.

I'm a big fan of Frida Kahlo, so I like the name. But it's too common here - I even have a cousin Frida - and it sounds kind of meeky in Swedish, not as spicy and cool as when you pronounce it with a Spanish accent.

I like it because it was the name of my great grandmother, Frieda. I like the biography of Frida Kahlo, so there is that, too, but honestly that's where my like ends. I don't really like the sound or the way it looks.

Love it, but only this spelling.

I've never seen that spelling IRL. I prefer Frieda or Freda, but that doesn't mean I actually like them.

I feel like I post about Frida all the time. It’s one of my very favourite names!
