I love Delilah, especially the Biblical associations. Its got that hipster appeal.
I enjoy Delilah - and the first association I had with the name, outside of the biblical figure, was with the Plain White Tees' song "Hey There, Delilah," which came out when I was in high school (wow, that was 10 years ago!).
It was disheartening a week ago (or longer) to see several posters a while back call Delilah a "stripper name." I don't see how it's trashy at all. I haven't checked the other comments yet, so I don't know if this sentiment was repeated.

Pretty, but uber trendy right now. Like, it shot up out of nowhere (well, not nowhere, the song had something to do with it I'm sure, but it went from obscurity to top 200- almost top 100 in a short matter of time) It'd be nice for a dog :)
It's ok. I think the Biblical reference is too strong though (and it's not a good one). I much prefer simply Lilah :) Delilah could work as a middle name though, if you wanted to use it for family reasons etc.
It's all right. Not one of my favorites, but I don't hate it.
I was about to say, "Well I know heavy rotation is annoying, but the song wasn't THAT bad!" But then you specified the Tom Jones song (which I'm not familiar with).
Yeah, I'm not familiar with that song either. I'll make a mental note to check it out when I have some time (:
I like it but dislike Delia or Lilah which are its common shortening so that puts me off. I did have it on my shortlist if baby is a girl as I quite like Della as a nn. I've taken it off though
Plus i love Samson and couldn't have Samson and Delilah
