How do you pronounce this boys name? What middle name suggestions can you suggest for it?

Leeth, rhymes with teeth.I've got excellent associations with Leith, and I actually prefer it to Keith, which can sound like a suppressed sneeze. The Scottish town is, well, less excellent!Leith Andrew Roderick

I have a (female) professor with this name. Her parents are from Leith, hence the name. She pronounces it LEETH, but I believe the proper pronounciation has a less pronounced T sound. Leith Edward James comes to mind.

I've never seen it as a name, but the Scottish place-name it comes from is pronounced to rhyme with Keith and teeth.

I pronounce it LAYTH because that’s how I heard it pronounced in a tv show.
