I'm very neutral towards this name. However, I prefer it to Justin which just sounds unbelievably wimpy to me. It's a bit dated, sure but very much usable IMO. I'm not keen on the nickname 'Dusty' though I do love that character. One of my favorites from that show!
The dust\dusty part stops me from really liking it.
I just think of some dust covered object in need of immediate cleaning and someone sneezing, coughing or wheezing from it.
