Galileo and Horatio
Thoughts? If you had to use them, what first/middle names would you use?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Horatio is fantastic. It makes me want to say, "Hooray!" It's so exuberant. Horatio Felix? Variant Horace is fun too, in a tweedy way. Horace Theobald?
Horatia for a girl is darling. Horatia Nell for a girl, after Horatio Nelson? Too cutesy? Yeah, I thought so.
Not a fan of Galileo. The Gal- at the beginning makes me think of a girl. Happily, Galilea exists. Galilea Juno? :0)

Horatio’s one of my all time favourite names, and I really love him. I get an imaginative, adventurous, energetic, boyish feel that is very much my style. My combo’s Horatio Phoenix Arthur. I love both Phoenix and Arthur, but wouldn’t use them as firsts, so I put them with Horatio, and voilà! I’m not as big a fan of Galileo, I find it slightly awkward to say and I can’t help but be tempted to sing that bit in Bohemian Rhapsody (aka the only part I know haha).
Very historical for me.. I like of Galilei and Nelson. I don't like them much and they seem a bit surnamey, but something classic.
Galileo Johan
Galileo Ronan
Galileo Henry
Galileo Robert
Galileo Niklas
Horatio Donal
Horatio Frederick
Horatio Jaco
Horatio Josef
Horatio Andrew

Horatio Josef
Horatio Andrew
I wouldn't use Galileo at gun point.
Horatio ... interesting name, and so much nicer than Horace! I actually could use it if I followed the now extinct tradition in DH's family of naming a boy an H name plus Daniel and then calling him by his mn: Daniel, Danny, Dan.
Horatio Daniel is actually very pleasing.

I would admire someone who had the guts to use Galileo. That is a cool name.
Horatio is also kind of cool, but it's a little goofy, too. Horatio Hornblower would make people giggle. There is also Horatio Nelson, though. I don't know what the current opinion of him is, but he was a naval hero, so...positive? IDK.
