I like it, but I think it’s better spelled Camilla.

I prefer Camilla, I also like Kamala which has a similar sound! Kamala being the name of the new Miss Marvel!

I like this name a lot. It's a littls strange that I was coming across it for my whole life, but started to really like it about year ago or so. I always liked Camilla and Camille (for a girl only), and Kamilla, Kamila was like pretty mediocre for me before, but suddenly I started to like it more and more and I still like it a lot. I guess I like all variants of Camilla. My cousin's name is Kamila, it is also my current Maths teacher's name and I know a few more Kamilas, most of them are very nice, communicative and intelligent women, also sensitive and altruistic, all are very self-disciplined. I like the fact that Kamila means perfect in Arabic. It fits Kamilas I know who are all perfectionists.

It’s a nice name. I do prefer Camille, though.

As a variant of Camilla is horrible.
To write a K instead of C in any is gergal/fast way used for sms/chat etc... I dislike this trend a lot so if I can simply use C I prefer it.

My mom's name is Camilla, so I'm used to that spelling which makes Kamila foreign and weird to me.
Other than that..It's not really a name I like. I love my mother, but she could have had a better name.
