Fawn
Fawn, wdyt? I think that it's stupid.

The only real life Fawn I know of was famous (if controversial) historian Fawn M. Brodie, so I certainly don't see it as being "stupid", but rather more intellectual.

A point I've made before: In John le Carre's Smiley books, there is a security officer known as Fawn. No indication of whether it's a fn, ln, nn or pseudonym. He lives to perform acts of imaginative violence on anyone who steps out of line. His loyalty is total and unconditional, but he only knows one way of expressing it.
The contrast between the meek, pretty, fragile fawn and the violent thug Fawn is very dreadful and very Le Carre.

All I can think of is "hippie parents".
It's a guilty pleasure to me. I think it's cute but infantile.
I think its pretty, but it definitely should only be a middle name. Deer in the headlights and all that.
Whenever I hear this name, I think of the "character" Fawn in Animal House. In the movie she's actually dead, and one of the main characters knows it, but he still goes to her (office building?) to ask if her shift is over so they can go on their date, but the secretary gets all flustered that he's asking for her coworker who died recently. He turns dejected and gets ready to leave, but the secretary agrees to go out with him instead - which was what the main character was hoping for all along, since he'd never met or spoken to Fawn in his life and it was all a ruse.
It sounds sordid and awful, but in the movie it's still kind of funny. But yeah, that's what I think of regarding the name Fawn.

Actually, it's Fawn's dorm building and the girl is a friend of Fawn's, not a secretary.
"I can't believe it! I talked to her just the other day! She was going to make a pot for me!" (She died in a kiln explosion.)
"Will you do me a favor? I don't think I should be alone tonight. Will you go out with me?.....And could you get four dates for my friends?"

That's right, sorry! (ETA)
It wasn't her workplace, it was her dorm! Thanks. Been a while since I've seen it!
(Kiln explosion, sheesh...)
Edit: I just saw your post. Fawn Liebowitz. Yep, that was it.

I always think of Fawn Liebowitz, who died in a kiln explosion, so it always seems somewhat comical.
so do I ...
Fawn is a dull color. And it's something people do over babies regardless of how ugly or obnoxious they are.

Hi A !!!!
I have to disagree...
I think that Fawn is a sweet and delicate name also for its sound.
The natural meaning is lively and makes me think only positive things.
