Being Polish I find Kasia quite boring. It's not very popular right now, but it was for a very long time (from 60s to early 90s I'd say), or actually Katarzyna was popular and Kasia is its the most common and obvious nickname. I know dozens of Kasias and they're usually fun loving, strong, intelligent women, but the name itself isn't impressionable at all imo.

I met a little girl named this not too long ago. It's cute, but not something I'd personally use.
