I love it. I think it's a really handsome name.

It's very nice, especially for a middle name. Vince is okay for a nn, but not Vinnie; Vinnie sounds like a mobster. In fact I'd venture to say Vinnie is the go-to stereotypical mobster name.

My sister has two nephews-by-marriage, brothers, who are named Vincent and Vito So what I have to say about Vincent is that it looks damn good next to Vito.

Better than Vernon, but not as good as Victor.

The only one I knew was a bird-watching mathematician, who was quite interesting and seemed to suit his name.

And a friend of mine bought a calf and named it Vincent. That does seem odd, but maybe I'm just being speciesist.

I like Vincent, but I think that I might like it more in theory. I also like how it looks more than how it sounds. I like that it's easy to spell and pronounce and still not super popular.

I really love it, but don't love Vinnie.. which seems inevitable.
